The HJ Health Check takes around 1 hour and includes:

- Basic static postural evaluation
- Stretch & flex assessment
- Aerobic fitness
- Nutritional advice*
A full report of all measurements and tests taken and how they relate to you and your personal health and fitness will be sent to you after your assessment. We can then arrange a phone call/email to discuss the findings.
